Sales Catalog

Audio CDs

As of 17 March 2008, due to high international postal rate costs, I will only make shipments within the continental United States. I’d advise anyone to consider getting the Roland Virtual Sound Canvas or other MIDI file rendering software, and burning your own CDs otherwise.

As of 2 August 2006 my audio CDs are sold for royalty free commercial use. Credit acknowledgement for such use is appreciated but not required. However, that does not mean that the CDs may be copied, rented, given away or resold. If you have any questions, please contact me.

I will only supply one type of Audio CDs:

On demand at $1 per track, as of 21 February 2008, via submission of a custom (minimum of ten) song list referring to at least the song name (or filename) and the webpage where it is posted) recorded with rendering software (i.e. MID to WAV conversion) using the RolandED Virtual Sound Canvas (VSC) 3.2. Only slimline cases are used with title/track lists and CD labels. No song credits or lyrics are included. They are available on this website only with a minimum of ten tracks. I have standardized the sales cost to $1.00 each for any rendered MIDI files of songs, hymns and instrumentals, except for extended works like cantatas, operettas, oratorios, symphonies, entertainments, or others. Their “track” numbers are more effectively considered movements with several combined tracks; but to simplify the costs I am pricing such “tracks” at $5 each for such works (even though there are many times when more than five “real tracks” are included without them). The cost of CDs/packaging is included in my minimum track order cost price.

All payments must be made by personal or cashier’s check (subject to clearing my bank) or money order. Sorry, no credit cards. All payments by check must be in U. S. funds drawn on a U. S. bank. Foreign orders may be arranged for Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF). Cashier’s checks and money orders will be processed immediately. For checks, please allow up to five business days for processing. A flat rate of $5.00 for shipping and handling for all orders (regardless of quantity) must be added. Shipments will be by Priority First Class Mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days. For Florida state residents, please add 6% state sales tax and applicable county/city tax as is required by law. All sales are final except for replacement of defective CDs. In such cases, the customer must contact me via email or phone within 5 business days from receipt of order but not later than 14 days from the shipment date. I will email notice of payments received and shipment date. Please include you email address in your mail order if you want email notification of your order’s status.

A Data CD-R of the website, with all of its, currently, as of 16 Feb 2008, 4250+ MIDI files, EXCEPT my own original works and ALL of my personal webpages, is available but under the following conditions and stipulations. Shipping and handling charges are free. All such Data CD-R’s are licensed for use with a serialized number assigned to it included in a read only license.txt file. You may not sell, rent, barter, or give away the CD-Rs. Only one-time payments are required in each case

(1)   for NON-COMMERCIAL, use, the cost is currently (at over 4250 MIDI files as of Feb 08) based on 10 cents per MIDI file and would be $420.50. This cost does NOT include public performance rights or recording rights.

(2)   for COMMERCIAL royalty free use of the MIDI files only, NOT renderings by the user, the price is 25 cents per MIDI file, which equals $1,062.50. This cost does include public performance rights but NOT recording rights.

(3)   for COMMERCIAL royalty free use of the MIDI files INCLUDING permission to render them by the user, the price is 50 cents per MIDI file, which equals $2,125.00. This cost includes BOTH public performance rights AND recording rights.

NOTE: the quoted prices will remain in effect until 31 December 2008, to provide maximum consistency and convenience for me and you, until further notice.

In addition to the above, I have also published several songbooks, available from Kallisti Music Press of Philadelphia, PA.

The primary songbook, which I’ve edited and compiled, is

(1)   Henry Clay Work: Complete Songs and Choruses [ISBN 0-9645431-2-5, 292 pp, $69.00 ppbk, plastic spiral bound]

Many more are scheduled for the music from my composers’ webpages.

Other books, which I only transcribed/drafted for the Editor, Andrew Stiller, are

(1)    Anthony Philip Heinrich: Songs, Vol. IV

(2)    Anthony Philip Heinrich:  Piano Music, Vol. V
